NATURE AWE FIX << Reconnect to the outdoors to find inspiration and wonder >>
Regularly experiencing awe can bring mental and physical benefits. Researchers have found that awe can reduce stress, help inflammation, increase creativity and sociability, as well as make you feel happier. One of the easiest ways to routinely get your awe fix is to turn to nature.
WHAT: 6 nature walks where you'll be guided to turn an ordinary walk in the woods into a series of awe-inspiring moments filled with delightful surprises. Each walk experience will last 2 hours.
WHO: Anyone open to experiencing the outdoors with curiosity, intentionality and community. All fitness levels are welcome.

WHERE: A different location every walk but within the area of Gland / Divonne / St-Cergue
MATERIAL NEEDED: * walking shoes or sports shoes with a good tread * small backpack * water and windproof outer layer * notebook and pen
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT'S RAINING?
We will still head out for our awe walk UNLESS the weather conditions make it unsafe for us to ensure a safe outing.
