CARDIO SNOWSHOE MORNINGS - snowshoe your way to a healthier winter -
Snowshoeing is a great way to stay fit and active during the winter. Ascents will get your cardio going and the resistance from the snow makes for a good low-impact muscle building workout engaging quads, hamstrings and calfs. By using poles you'll also work arms, shoulders and back. And being outdoors also means you'll reduce your stress levels and general sense of well-being.
